First, check your spam or junk folder for the confirmation email. If you purchased via Etsy, log in to your Etsy account, go to Purchases & Reviews, and find your order — the download button will be there. Still having trouble? Contact us and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.

Unlimited times. Once you've purchased, the file is yours to re-download whenever you need it. We recommend saving a copy to your device or cloud storage for easy access.

Our templates are available in two standard photo booth formats: 2×6 inch strips (the classic booth strip with 3–4 frames) and 4×6 inch overlays (a single full-size photo print). Both are included with most purchases.

Yes — our templates are compatible with the most popular photo booth platforms including Snappic, Booth.Events, and dslrBooth. Simply export your finished design from Canva as a PNG or PDF and upload it to your software.

You can print locally at most print shops (Staples, FedEx Office, local printers) or use an online printing service. For best results, print on 4×6 or 2×6 photo paper at 300 DPI. Many customers also print directly from their photo booth printer.

Because our products are instant digital downloads, we are unable to offer refunds once the file has been downloaded. However, if you experience a technical issue or the file is corrupted, please contact us and we'll make it right immediately.

Yes. We use Stripe for card payments, which is a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified processor — the highest level of payment security available. We never store your card details on our servers.
